If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@ojaiessentials.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.Unopened Returns
We may accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Natural Variations
